Lisa has 20+ years working in commercial production as an executive producer in the leading editorial and VFX shops, emphasizing business development, talent recruiting, and revenue growth. She launched a talent management agency in 2010, where she had over a decade of success representing best-in-class creatives and serving worldwide advertising agencies and brands.
Lisa has been a proponent of Web3 technologies beginning with her involvement in a virtual humans startup in 2018 and recently as a consultant for an Unreal-based real-time animation platform. She believes in the future of digital media and the importance of having talented humans as the driving force behind any creation.
As a connector and curator who’s worked with storytellers across the globe, Lisa's well-tuned sensibilities and vast network allow her to bring organizations more robust, diverse, and creative teams.

She has a passion for the human side of recruitment and is deeply committed to caring for all her relationships, from candidates to hiring managers.
